Hi!

I was looking into the kineticTheoryModel code and there are comments mentioning where the respective equation was taken from (i.e. HERE). It's all about comments like this:

// particle pressure - coefficient in front of Theta (Eq. 3.22, p. 45)

Unfortunately it doesn't seem to say what source actually is referred to here. Does anyone know which source I'm supposed to look into? There also is this line:

// bulk viscosity p. 45 (Lun et al. 1984).

I found the paper "Kinetic theories for granular flow: inelastic particles in Couette flow and slightly inelastic particles in a general flowfield" by Lun et al. published in the Journal of Fluid Mechanics in 1984 but the references don't fit to this paper...
