Dear OpenFOAM users,

can you help me please to solve the error that I got when run
run/tutorials/multiphase/interDyMFoam/ras/floatingObject
blockMesh was fine, but when I run interDyMFoam, it gives me the following error

If you open the Allrun file, you discover that after "blockMesh" you have to give some topoSet commands, befor running the simulation.

Have you done this?

Well, you can either run the command ./Allrun in the case dir, or giving all the commands, one after the other. In your case:

blockMesh
topoSet
subsetMesh -overwrite c0 -patch floatingObject
cp -r 0.org 0 > /dev/null 2>&1
setFields
interDyMFoam

So, I suggest you to enter the case and give the command

./Allclean

and then

./Allrun

When I applied ./Allrun all time step was fine, but find problem with paraFoam?

After ./Allrun, shall I need to apply:
blockMesh
topoSet
subsetMesh -overwrite c0 -patch floatingObject ( the problem starts here)

setFields
interDyMFoam

or no need?

If you execute the Allrun, it does all the stuff for you. Hence, if you give:

./Allclean

[to clean the case]
and then

./Allrun

that's it. You have finished your simulation.
Otherwise, you can clean the case (with ./Allclean) and then execute the command by yourself.
