Messy code in output files

Default Messy code in output files

Hi guys.
It is really wired that when I use the solver 'chtMultiRegionFoam', those fields after the simulation are totally messy codes and can not be read, such as the files T and U.
Anyone has met this before?

Really appreciate for any reply.
