Working with distribution functions in OpenFOAM

Dear foamers,

have anyone encountered problems of solving system of equations with distribution functions? Say, I have a Fokker-Planck-like equation but the distribution function also have spatial coordinates.

Generally speaking, it's 4D problem, where 3 dimensions correspond to spatial dimensions and fourth dimension is referred to Fokker-Planck equation.

Also, I have to calculate some convolutions of my distribution function.

If someone worked with such problems in OpenFOAM, please, could you give any hints about that?

Best regards,
Aleksey.
