Fluid structure analysis of 2D airfoil case

2 Attachment(s)
Hey every1 !
I have been trying to run FSI with airfoil 2d case. I have openfoam version 2.2.1 and integrated Icostructfoam solver with this version using wmake.
I defined region 1 and 2 separately for fluid and solid regions. After quite a lot of hard work i adjusted both fluid and solid mesh interfaces. I decreased mesh cells so that mesh is visible at the leading and trailing edges. I have attached my case if some1 has experience in FSI kindly help me out as it gives error:

Coupling boundary wall (0) of fluid with boundary wall (0) of solid.
Foam fatal error:
Face centers doesn't match.
From function coupled solver in file readCoupling.H at line 68.

Also i need a little help in giving boundary conditions. I have adjusted boundary conditions by looking at tutorials like "thing on stick". I have selected material properties of fiber glass for my wing. Wind speed is 130 km/hr at 0 degree angle of attack. I know displacement will be in fractions but still i have to simulate my case for my final year project.

Also has any1 done FSI using snappyhex mesh?
Kindly help me out:o
