hello friends,
I am new to openfoam. I want to solve transient heat conduction in composite wall (two material thermal properties) with mixed boundary condition (Transient model). any help? thanks |

You can try with : chtMultiRegionFoam

but can chtMultiRegion solve convection boundary without introducing the fluid in the model??
and, do you ve a solved problem on this solver for solid regions only? thanks |

You can impose the convection boundary condition by using groovyBC easily. For using the chtMultiRegionFoam for solid heat transfers only, you can switch off the momentum equation.
