Simulation of a venturi in a river

Hi,
I'm a french student and I worked on OpenFoam for 2 weeks.
I solved some tutorials: damBreak, nozzleFlow2D and pitzdaily.

My goal is simulate a river with a Venturi inside and study de variation of the speed. An initial speed will be imposed. My supervisor wants I use interFoam solver.
I think it is not very difficult, but I'm new to this software. That's why I need your help.
The dimensions are as follows:
-River width: 1.5m
-River length: 30m
-Water depth: 0.3 m
-Venturi height : 0.4m
-Venturi length : 2m

I don't want a block of water like in the damBreak but a continuous flow.
I defined an inlet, outlet, 3 walls (front, back and lower) and atmosphere.
In damBreak, we use setFieldsdict to define a box of water.

1) How Can I create a continious flow ? What file?

2) What tutorial is closest to my initial conditions?

3) Maybe have you got some advices ?

Best Regards
