Generating the lift and drag coefficients with openFOAM

Hi, I am currently modelling a jet for a simulation program and need to generate the lift and Drag coefficients of the model at different mach numbers (specifically going transonic and peaking at mach 3.5) I'm using SimFlow which claims to be a windows version of openFOAM. how would I go about generating the lift and drag coefficients and should i just install a linux OS and install openFOAM on it? (not going to be easy in my case)

Thanks - Jack
