ProgrammersGuide is missing in version 4

I just notice that there is no ProgrammersGuide in version 4, which exists for version 3. Anyone know the reason for this? I think the ProgrammersGuide is also very useful for beginners.

Quick answer: It has been dropped from the version maintained by the OpenFOAM Foundation, but its development continues by OpenCFD here: http://openfoam.com/documentation/
