Hallo everyone.

I would like to ask a question about OpenFoam. I want to use multiple cores to speed up my runs on complicated cases, but I do not want to use domain decomposition.

I have used the utility of the form "mpirun -np 3 icoFoam -parallel" without decompsosing the domain, but the run takes longer than using a single core.

Is there any way to effectively use multiple cores without domain decomposition ?
