Hi guys,

I am a new user to OpenFOAM, and need a little bit of help.

I am trying to recreate a simplified version of the Steckler Room compartment experiment, of a 2.8x2.8x2.13 room with a door and a 30cm circular heat source (on the ground) emitting heat at a rate of 158kW. I need to observe how temperature changes with time in the room corner.

I am wondering how I should approach this? I am thinking about using the hotRoom tutorial as a base but I don't know how to express in kW. Also, I don't understand why the Temperature doesn't change for this hotRoom case or why pressure remains constant when I plot over a line in Paraview?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance,
