movingCylinders in foam-extend 4.0

I find that the tutorial "pimpleDyMFoam/movingCylinder" which can run smoothly in foam-extend 3.1 can not run in foam-extend 4.0. The tutorial crashes as the topo change. Has any body encountered the same problem, and how can I fix it.

same problem here with failure message:
