Hi all,
I guess (hope) incompressible RANS bluff body flows are quite common, I have modelled these types of flows quite often with OpenFOAM. As they are more convection dominant compared to other flows I have seen little impact when limiting the non-orthogonal correction in the snGrad schemes, (limited 0.5). Theoretically this should reduce the accuracy but when running tests I tend not to see much of a difference. What are other peoples experience when using limited non-orthogonal correction? |
