New Viscosity model in DriftFluxFoam

Hello,

i am trying to run DriftFluxFoam with new Viscosity model like PowerLaw. There are only 3 model in DriftFluxFoam, and they both use the dynamic viscosity mu.
For the new Viscosity model PowerLaw, kinematic viscoty nu is used. They are different. Can anyone tell me , how to implent this new model.

Thx

Hi Yang

You can convert dynamic to kinematic viscosity using \mu=\rho\nu

There's a good tutorial from Chalmers about implementing a non-Newtonian viscosity model here.

I myself created a Hershel-Bulkley viscosity model which I can send you if you're interested.

hello Declan,

thanks for your reply! I'll try it with this tutorial.

Herschel-Bulkey is also what i need, pls send me . My Email is brady9097@gmail.com

THX again
