Looking for some help with non-axis-symmetric nozzle

I've been working on trying to run some simulations on a non-axis-symmetric nozzle that designed. To be precise, the nozzle is a supersonic circular to octagonal nozzle. The step file can be found here (I uploaded to Google Drive because it was too large
to upload to the post. The file was exported from Solidworks, where it had been created with xyz curves and a loft).

I have been trying to use gmsh to generate the mesh for this model. However, I have been having some problems. I am looking for some help to point me in the right direction.

I have done some tutorials I found on Youtube, but cannot figure out how to change my mesh from tetrahedron to block.

Furthermore, my current tetrahedron mesh does not go through when I do gmshToFoam.

In the past I have used snappyHexMesh to create complex boundaries -- have you tried this? There are various tutorials (see eg : https://github.com/OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM.../snappyHexMesh.

Thanks for the tip. I have looked into snappyHexMesh, but haven't tried it out myself. I'll give it a go and report back.
