LES scale similarity and mixedSmagorinsky models for OpenFOAM v4.x or above

I have been using OpenFOAM 2.3.
However, at this time, I am using v4.0 of it.
By the way, some of LES SGS models have been removed from v4.x or above.
In fact, I'd like to take a look at Scale similarity and mixedSmagorinsky models. It looks that there were a lot of changes on the structures of codes concerning turbulent models from v3.x or 4.x, above, though..
I will appreciated it if somebody knows where I can get codes for Scale similarity and mixedSmagorinsky models developed on v4.x or above.
