Interface tracking (like ALE) and dynamic mesh

Dear all,

I am now considering a problem of single-phase free-surface flow problem with moving wall boundary by using openFOAM.
In such a situation, I know ALE-like technique (interface tracking) and dynamic mesh scheme for moving boundary are suitable.
If you know how to handle such a problem in openFOAM,
I would appreciate it if you could teach me.

(In addition, I am wondering ALE-like treatment also is available by dynamic mesh scheme. If so, is it capable to set duplicate definition of dynamicMeshDict (e.g. dynamicMotionSolverFvMesh and dynamicRefineFvMesh, or dynamicMotionSolverFvMesh with both coded and solver)).

Best regards

Hi mit326,

I was wondering if you have found the solution to your question? I have similar problem and would appreciate your comment,

Regards
