setFields/mesh problem

Hi Foamers,
-I am running a 2-phase flow simulation using interFoam.
-I have about 3 million cells.
-I just ran setFields, and I have not run anything else absolutely.

=>But however, i manage to get an incompletely set secondary field at the outer boundary faces after viewing in paraview.
-I ran did exactly the same with a coarser mesh, and everything was good. However, as soon as I refined the mesh, i got this.

-My mesh quality seems good from the mesh stats attached.

=>Please what do you guys think could be the problem here.

According to my understanding, setFields changes only the interior values in the internal fields and does not touch the boundaries at all. Can you quickly verify?
