syntex is on a distinguished road
Hello,

I am trying to compute on a high performance cluster, since my local devices performance is not good enough. My problem is, that I changed a ".c"- file in the soucre/fvOptions folder on my local machine to do my simulation. I can't change the folder one the high performance cluster, because it is set to read-only.
I have access to the a home folder and to the $FOAM_RUN - directory, which I can change like I want.
Is there any way I can set up my simulation, so that it uses an own class, with changed ".C" or ".H"-Files or even create my own class with the run-folder, where I have access to, which will be used by fvoptions? The simulation has to compile this code as well.
It would be nice, if someone could help me.
