InterPhaseChangeFoam NACA0015 Pressure diverges

5 Attachment(s)
Hello All,
I am trying to simulate the NACA0015 (RANS) using InterPhaseChangeFoam to understand the cavitation for cavitation number (\sigma)=1.09, the p_rgh=100000, U=13.38 , P_sat=2300 (all in SI unit). It seems that the flow (pressure) from the outlet is coming inside the computational domain and creating pressure oscillation into the domain thus, many times just crashing the code. Since I had to put the pressure of the outlet fixed at 100000 to calculate the cavitation number, thus could not modify the outlet BC for the P_rgh.

In the bounday_conditions.c I had included all the BCs. Similar problem arises if I am trying to simulate the LES also. I guess some thing is not correct with the P_rgh outlet condition. I am calculating the cavitation number (\sigma)= (p_rgh (outlet)-P_sat)/(0.5*(\rho=1000)*(U=13.38)^2)=1.09. Any help is this regard is highly welcomed since I am facing the same issue while simulating the sphere etc.

Many thanks!

Different files are attached with the post. If some needs I can put the video/screenshot of the fields. Hoping to get some response.

Thanks and regards
