Error while running OpenFoam

Dear All,
I would be thankful if you could help me to know how to fix the error I faced in OpenFoam. the error is as folowing: FOAM FATAL ERROR: [3] LHS and RHS of - have different dimensions dimensions : [0 1 -2 0 0 0 0] - [1 -2 -2 0 0 0 0] [3] [3] [3] From function Foam::dimensionSet Foam:  perator-(const Foam::dimensionSet&, const Foam::dimensionSet&)From function Foam::dimensionSet Foam: perator-(const Foam::dimensionSet&, const Foam::dimensionSet&)[0] in file dimensionSet/dimensionSet.C at line 521. |

thank you for your replying. Do you know how can I find which parameter has a wrong dimension.Or which equation has been set wrongly? Best Shadi |

Hi!
I think the easiest way for that is finding a tutorial with the same solver, and compare the dimensions of your files in the 0 folder. You have a wrong dimensions in your 0 folder for any fields. At least usually this is the reason for these errors. |

I exactly used the dimension which are proposed in the solver. Actually I am using two solvers, So that s why the dimensions are different. I am interseted in coupling interFoam with immersed boundary. Best |
