Moving plane (how to fix its position and velocity)

Hello All
I have considered 1D mesh in my case. The sample figure explains 3 nodes of the mesh where xb is defined as the closest distance between the boiling plane and heating wall. Physically, the boiling plane is formed close to the heating wall at T=100deg (where liquid evaporation occurs). After the formation of the boiling plane at 100deg, the plane moves with velocity (dxb/dt).

Can someone explain to me:

1) How the boiling plane position (@T =100deg) can be fixed technically in OpenFOAM code? and
2) and how to define the movement of the plane with velocity (dxb/dt) ?

Someone kindly share some hints to proceed.
Thank you ^^
