Why i cannot monitor the velocity component residual

i monitor the velocity in ControlDict ,the code is as folloes
#includeEtc "caseDicts/postProcessing/numerical/residuals.cfg" fields (p_rgh k alpha.water U); but the output residual.dat can't show the velocity residual the Ux residual shows the N/A what ie the reason? i need help thanks |

You can only plot residuals for velocities if you switch on momentum predictor.
