TEqn for interCondensatingEvaporatingFoam

Does anyone understand the way to derive the energy equation (TEqn) in interCondensatingEvaporatingFoam, which is the derivative solver of interFoam and interPhaseChangeFoam?

Especially, I couldn't understand why the terms of fvm::Sp(---) is added on the left side.

What's that?

This thesis (https://www.researchgate.net/publica...tion_Phenomena) gives us a good hint, but I couldn't fully understand yet. Some additional explanation is necessary.

If you know how this equation is derived, please tell me.

Thank you in advance.

The Sp term is some stabilisation term. There is some discussion here in the forum about that. If the continuity equation is fulfilled, this term becomes zero.
