Creating patches in OpenFOAM

1 Attachment(s)
I have a geometry of human airway tree. I have done the meshing using snappyhexmesh flange tutorial. Now I need to create patches to define boundary conditions.
When I am doing 'autopatch' it is creating too many surfaces which I don't need. I need patches only at trachea inlet and outlet.
Please help me in solving the issue.
I am attaching mesh for your convenience.

Hi

Use paraview to select the cells you want to use and export to stl.

Then use surfaceToPatch command to make the stl into a boundary condition.

See this post.
