I have been trying to install blastFoam since 3 days but there are some errors displayed. The problem is that some files are missing after installing the package from GitHub. I am using OpenFoam 8. So is Blastfoam not updated to work on OpenFoam v8 platform ?

From their installation instructions : "Installation ... requires only OpenFOAM-7." So it is not built to work with other versions (at least for the time being).

Just wanted to know if something I could do in OpenFoam 8 itself regarding the issue. |
