How to use movingWallVelocity boundary condition in velocity inlet?

Hello everyone,

I am simulating 2D VIV problem of flow around a square cylinder by using dynamic mesh.

In this case, besides the wall boundary condition on the cylindrical surface, there are also some inlet boundary condition. I checked some information about the dynamic mesh and founded when bodies/patches are moving, all the moving walls/patches need be assigned to the movingWallVelocity boundary condition. but in this way, there is no way to specify the inlet velocity value. I am wondering whether it is necessary to set the inlet boundary condition on the cylinder surface to movingWallVelocity? Or can I directly use fixedValue to specify the inlet velocity value? Will this affect the numerical results?

Any advice and suggestions are appreciated.
