Solid Chemistry Models removed in OpenFOAM 8?

Hi everyone,

it seems like the solid chemistry models, which existed up to OpenFOAM 7, are no longer present in OpenFOAM 8.
Does anyone know more about it?
Why was it removed?
Or is it just renamed and moved to another location?
I couldn't find anything about it in the release notes either.

What is `Solid Chemistry Models`?

Is this a transportProperties, a momentumTransport, a volScalarField or a solver?

It's a thermophysical model, which provided the possibility of implementing reactions for solid regions. See code of OpenFOAM 7:

You may check out the description of this commit on why it's removed.
