Information about multiphaseEulerFoam wallBoiling tutorial

Hello Foamers,

I would like to use multiphaseEulerFoam to study the phase change in a water-vapor system.
The tutorial wallBoiling (tutorials/multiphase/multiphaseEulerFoam/RAS/wallBoiling) seems to be the perfect point to start. I am especially curious because at the end there is a comparison with experiment, but the code does not give much information about the experimental data.
Is there a paper explaining this comparison or explaining the experiment ?
On another note, is there somewhere some resource to understand how to set up a multiphase flow with phase change in OpenFoam?

I remember that the wall boiling tutorials in the openfoam is the freon experiment named DEBORA. You can get your information about the experiment from published papers.
