I tried two methods to remove the gravity in a simulation in chtMultiRegionTwoFluidEulerFoam.

1. delete the 'g' file under constant file
2 set gravity as zero in the 'g' file under constant file.

But both methods cause errors.

Has anyone know how to remove the gravity in openFoam?

Setting gravity = 0 should not cause an issue (at least in my experience, although I have never used this solver). Could you share how you done this?

When I set g to (0 0 0), the simulation will not run., but no error was shown.
When I set g to some none-zero value, the simulation will run well.

Hmm, without an error message it is hard to comment. Why not try set to some very small non-zero value (for example, 1.e-10)?

Josh,

Thanks for your reply. Yes, what I am doing now is to set g as a very small value.
