When I try to run the case of bubblePipe in RAS it’s can be run I have this :

you can try to run the command one by one from the Allrun file, try to run these command

> foamCleanTutorials
> blockMesh
> topoSet
> multiphaseEulerFoam

the foamCleanTutorials command is used to clean the mesh and data that generated by Allrun file you've executed, then you can restart the process again from zero.
here i exclude the decomposePar and reconstrucPar command, just in case the dict file configuration doesn't match your machine's specification. it should run well i thiink.
