pressure high at inlet around edges

Hi folks,
I am using simplefoam to simualte a valve. The velocity is 0.1 m/s and I am trying to visualize the flow. While doing that i was looking at pressure contour and found that the pressure at the edges at inlet are higher. What might be the problem? Attached image will help to understand more related to the problem. Thanks |
