Simulation of VIV of a rigid cylinder with attached/ separated flexible plate
 

I am trying to simulate the vortex-induced vibrations of a rigid cylinder with an attached/ detached flexible body in OpenFOAM 9.



But I don't have any idea how to make the body flexible.


Does anyone have an idea on this?
