Default Increasing viscosity increases courant number for some reason.

The folder is attached, when the viscosity is 0.001 the simulation runs perffectly fine, but if you change it to 0.01, courant number shoots up for some reason. even though it becomes more laminar (from 1000 re at 0.001 viscosity to 100 re at 0.01 viscosity). You can see that its in pimplefoam, but i did have this on icofoam before aswell, with the same issue.
