I have set up a case with a gmsh file but not sure how I have to run it by using a gmsh file. I did this in the run.sh file:

gmsh -3 Mesh3D.geo
#gmshToFoam Mesh3D.msh
#changeDictionary

#blockMesh

picInitialise

decomposePar
runParallel $application

However, I'm getting this error:

--> FOAM FATAL ERROR:
Cannot find file "points" in directory "polyMesh" in times "0" down to constant

From function virtual Foam::IOobject Foam::fileOperation::findInstance(const Foam::IOobject&, Foam::scalar, const Foam::word&) const
in file global/fileOperations/fileOperation/fileOperation.C at line 866.
FOAM exiting
