How can I index the degree of agitation in the flow field visualized by LIC?

I'm using OpenFOAM-v2112 to simulate the flow of solvent in a crystallizer called COBC.
When I visualized the simulation results using Surface LIC in ParaView, I obtained images like these.

I stitch these images together to create videos, and I create videos like this under various conditions to compare the flow states.

Currently, I'm thinking of creating an index for the degree of agitation in order to clearly compare these fluid states.
I've already tried vector display using Glyph in ParaView, but it wasn't very good as an index.
If there is a better way, please let me know.
Thank you.
