Compiling issues to waves2Foam

I am trying to compile some in-house code to waves2Foam but I have a lot of errors like the following one, I am new to openFoam and I do not know how to solver this. I searched online and tried to change the Make/files from WAVE_APPBIN into WAVES_USER_APPBIN according to a similar issue, but it did not work for me.
