Ducted propellers

Hi,
I meshed an ducted. I used icoFoam and turbFoam as solver for 2 cases, by moved ducted with speed of Vd = 1 m/s in the fluid (water) - Vf = 0 m/s. The second by flow water with speed Vf=1 m/s through the duct - Vd = 0 m/s. On the first case, I have instability problems. On the second case, the result (force) are not convergence.
