adjustTimeStep in icoFoam

Hi all,

I have had some problems with the Courant number. This one increase very fast in a little time. So, I've tried to change icoFoam to use adjusteTimeStep just like the people change turbFoam here:

But I didn't have success doing this.
Someone could help me?

I found what I wanted here:

But I have some doubts about icoFoamVarDt.
When I fill out maxCo 0.5 my simulation starts but soon it stops because Courant number exceeds 0.5.
Does someone knows what I could do to solve this?
