Simulation elbows example with Openfoam

1 Attachment(s)
i try to simulate the example elbow "fluent tutorials" with Openfoam (simplefoam or turbfoam?). I import the mesh with fluentMeshToFoam but there is no blockMeshDict file in the polyMesh directory, why? How could i set the Boundary condition, solver and run the Simulation?

If you have any solutions please don't esitate.
Thank you
Duvelle

Dear Ronaldo,

blockMesh creates points, faces, cells, boundaries files in constant/polyMesh which collectively define the mesh and are read by the other applications. The converters simply do the same, ie. create those files - no blockMeshDict needed. Boundary conditions are set set in the files in the 0 directory and not in constant/polyMesh directory.

Please consult the manual for more detailed information on this issue.
