Hello!
I am desperately trying to convert a mesh from gmsh to OpenFOAM. My mesh is a simple cube with a smaller cube inside. However, when I convert my mesh to OpenFOAM with gmshToFoam, I get only one patch (patch 0) which I think is the bigger cube but the smaller cube is ignored and is only visible in wireframe but is not a patch. 1. How do I manage to convert my .msh so that I get multiple patches? I tried gmsh2ToFoam but it does not compile on OpenFOAM 1.6. 2. Is there maybe a better meshing tool for OpenFoam meshes? Thanks a lot! |

OK, I will try the new version you made in the evening and will post if and how it worked!
