2D Channel Flow
 

Hallo, I'm trying to compute a 2D channel flow with "fixed Reynolds number" by using "simpleFoam". The Inlet should be exposed by a developed fluid flow.

Unfortunately the pressure distribution on the Inlet is incorrect. I was trying to use "directMapping" to obtain the profile. Obviously it doesn't work.

Can somebody give me a hint how to use the command or give an other suggestion? (Tutorial, links,....?)
