who can develop a process to convert

Hi, I want to hire someone who can create a fool-proof process template to:

1) convert my Star-CD .mdl and Star-CCM+ .sim or at least one of these two into OpenFoam. If possible, the full model but if not the mesh and the boundaries.

2) convert back the openfoam to Star-CCM+ .sim.
