I'm a little confused that not all the tutorials (mostly the one's I'm interested in) don't have Allrun shell scripts. Is there a reason? Thank you.

If there's only one command to run the solver, there's no need for an Allrun - so they didn't include one. I usually don't use them anyway. Just use the name of the solver i.e. simpleFoam and it will run. For mesh tutorials, you can run blockMesh separately from other mesh tools - for example, enter 'blockMesh' and if it runs correctly, enter 'snappyHexMesh.' If you want to make your own shell script, just open an editor, type in the solvers you want to run and save the file as 'Allrun' (or another name if you prefer). An example would be:

<blockMesh>
<snappyHexMesh>

Good luck, Alan
