Hi everyone

This is my first post in this forum. I have run the pitz-daily case and wonder if somebody can tell me where the case come from. Why the geometry looks like it does, why the inlet velocity is what it is, etc, etc. Can anyone point me in the direction where i can find more information about the pitz-daily case?

Thanks, Eric

It's a reference case (if I remember right it was used in combustion). The name PitzDaily comes from the surname of the two Authors, Pitz and Daily.

Best,

Thanks for the information Alberto. Does anyone know the title of any article produced by Pitz and Daily when they used this case to simulate combustion?

Thank you
