How to generate pure Tetrahedral mesh in OpenFoam

Hi all,

I am want to generate pure tetrahedral mesh for a Body-Tail missile configuration. I used "tet" command, but shows error..
How to specify the blocks?

Plz find the sketch in the attachment..
