Compressible flow

Does anyone know or have experienced with a good compressible flow solver which takes into account high Mach number (Ma~1.7-2.0). It should also be possible to take into account the density difference of the injected fuel and the ambient gas. I am supposed only to simulate a single gas phase so that has to be taken into account

Don't know about the LES part, but sonicFoam does not capture shocks correctly (rhoCentralFoam does).

Okay, but there are like six different solvers there, which one is better?

Don't know. But you can find some information here.
