It seems that there is a convergence problem with this case, k and epsilon were not convergent finally(because the RelTol set is 0.1?). And are you sure the BC. of U on top patch is proper set to fixedValue ? Anyway, it's a interesting but strange case, hope someone give me a bright hint.

Again the result of Fluent as before is not clear.
and it seems not the problem of turbulence model and wall function as i have turn off the turblence model by using laminar,This strange sensitive phenomenont will also happpened thanks |

what is your numerical boundary condition for your up patch in the poor case? It seems that it is a fixed value. Have you tried zerogradient or sym boundary condition for this patch?
