How to model a fan as inlet boundary condition?

Hi,

i searched the forum about the above mentioned topic but only found threads about the cyclic fan bc.

Is there a way to add a momentum source or swirl or something like that to the inlet bc with fixed mass rate / velocity ?
I don't want to use e MRF Solver and I also don't want to model the fan itself.

Thanks in advance

Toni

I guess this is the subject of this thread: http://www.cfd-online.com/Forums/ope...flow-rate.html

Hi mad,

I saw your post already but I don't want to model an internal fan. Just would like to at swirl or momentum at the inlet bc.

Toni

Hey Toni,

Did you solve your problem?
