What do these error messages mean?
It occurs at the end of a (successful) 4-core single-desktop parallel simulation via foamJob. It does not appear to have any consequences.

Can you reproduce the error with one of the tutorials for turbDyMFoam? I'm assuming there is one, but I didn't check.

But the error may occur due to one of the following possible reasons:

• depends on how OpenFOAM was built;
• there is a bug in the code of the solver for parallel runs;
• a library is defined to be loaded in controlDict that clashes with an OpenFOAM library, thus resulting in an attempt to free 2x the same memory.
